GLOBAL COMMODITY SOURCING

We identify and connect qualified buyers with verified global suppliers of fuels, agricultural commodities, metals and industrial products. Our sourcing process focuses on reliability, volume capability and compliance with international trade standards, ensuring consistent supply across borders.

TRADE STRUCTURING & DOCUMENTATION

We manage the full documentation and transaction structure, including LOI, CIS, FCO, SPA and CI. Every step is aligned with established international trade procedures to ensure transparency, clarity and professional execution for all parties involved.

SECURE TRANSACTION & BANKING SUPPORT

We support secure transaction frameworks using recognised banking instruments such as SBLC and DLC where applicable. Our role is to coordinate procedures that protect both buyers and sellers throughout the trade lifecycle.

We begin by reviewing the buyer’s requirements, commercial intent and basic documentation. This initial stage ensures that all parties are aligned on product specifications, volumes, destination and procedural expectations before moving forward.
Based on the agreed parameters, we coordinate the preparation of the commercial framework. This includes aligning documentation such as LOI and CIS, followed by issuance of a Full Corporate Offer (FCO) from the verified supplier.
Once terms are accepted, we support the execution of SPA and CI and coordinate the agreed banking instruments, such as SBLC or DLC where applicable. This stage establishes a secure and transparent foundation for the transaction.
After contractual and banking procedures are in place, the transaction proceeds to loading, shipment and delivery according to agreed terms. We remain involved throughout the process to ensure smooth communication and completion.
